Phone Intimidation
An undercover police man who was preparing to
testify was confronted by the accused who appeared
to be taking his photograph with a cell phone.
The officer contended the cell phone was intimidating
and intended to prevent him from testifying. If
the picture were posted on the internet it could
cause him injury.
