Step father who was watching his step daughter when she drowned in a pool is sued by his wife and the girls biological father for wrongful death. The step father contends as parent of his step daughter he is immune from suit under the Family Immunity Doctrine. His wife and step daughters father contend they can sue him since he was not acting as a parent.
