"Texting" a "Call"?
The Court Examines unsolicited Text Messages under
the Federal Telephone consumer protection act.
It attempts to determine whether a text message
is a "phone call". It also deals with
the issue of if one company which possesses permission
to text to someone can sell the person's name
to another company.
