Creating NEW Californias
California political gridlock is making the state increasingly ungovernable. The state is made of population approaching 40 million and is the third largest land mass in the United States. The state legislature repeatedly entertained bills breaking up the state since it first entered the Union. The US Constitution allows states to be reconfigured. There are, however political considerations.
