Public high school math teacher chaperons a high school ski trip. She engages in recreational skiing while on the trip and suffers a shoulder injury. She brings a workers compensation claim. The insurance co. denies the claim contending it was a recreational activity which was not required by her work as a chaperon. The case is appealed and the court makes a determination.
