Facebook Myspace Disclosures

Facebook, My Space and other social network postings were required by a trial court to be disclosed. A New York woman injured in an accident sued the responsible party. Before bringing suit, she took down her Facebook and My Space listing. Even so, the court considered whether she needed to disclose the postings she did before she took down the listings.
