Jury
awards woman 1.4 million dollars after she defaulted
on a mortgage because the jury members found Wells
Fargo, the bank that wrote the loan, committed
fraud in processing her loan application. It found
the bank exaggerated her income in the loan application.
As a result, she was given a loan she could not
afford to repay.
