Court denied woman
life insurance proceeds following death of husband.
Even though she was never officially charged with
the crime of murder, the fact she refused to testify
and took the 5th Amendment, combined with other
evidence, was found sufficient to implicate her
in the death of her husband. The insurance benefits
went to her children.
